These Terms & Conditions govern your use of herbahelpfit.com and any order you place. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. About us
The seller is Alexandru Chiritoiu trading as Herba Help Fit, an Independent Herbalife Member (Member ID 07Y1034725) who sells original Herbalife products. Contact: info@herbahelpfit.com, +44 7554 446640, 5 Edge Street, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 4HJ, United Kingdom.
2. Products
All products offered are original Herbalife products. Product images and descriptions are provided for information; food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Always read the label and usage guidance.
3. Orders and contract
The product prices and total (including delivery costs) are those shown on the site when you place your order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when the products are dispatched to you. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.
4. Delivery area
We sell and deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Your delivery and billing address must both be in the UK. Delivery arrangements are set out in our Delivery Policy; we aim to deliver within our stated target dates, all of which are less than 30 days from order.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are final. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay for that product: no VAT or other taxes are added at checkout. The seller is not registered for UK VAT, so VAT is not charged or itemised on your order; any VAT paid when sourcing the products is already reflected in the listed prices. The only amount added at checkout is delivery, which is shown before you pay.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which include Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and Herbalife products are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Full details, including how to return items and how refunds are made, are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
8. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the products you purchased.
9. Independent member status
Alexandru Chiritoiu trades as Herba Help Fit as an Independent Herbalife Member and is not Herbalife (U.K.) Limited. To access the official Herbalife website, visit www.herbalife.com.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
