This Privacy Policy explains how Herba Help Fit (the website herbahelpfit.com) collects and uses your personal data when you visit the site, create an account or place an order. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Herbalife (U.K.) Limited and your chosen payment provider act as separate controllers for the data they receive to fulfil and process your order.
2. The data we collect
- Account & order data: name, billing and delivery address, email, phone number and order history.
- Payment data: processed securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, contact form or WhatsApp.
- Technical & usage data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookie identifiers — only as described in our Cookie Policy and, for non-essential cookies, only with your consent.

5. Who we share your data with
We share data only with processors and partners that help us run the shop, under appropriate agreements:
- Our web hosting provider (site operation and backups).
- Herbalife (U.K.) Limited and its couriers, to fulfil and deliver your order.
- Our payment provider, to take payment securely.
- Our email/transactional provider, to send order confirmations.
- Ideal Postcodes, when address lookup is enabled, to return UK address suggestions from the postcode you enter.
- Google reCAPTCHA, when enabled, to protect account registration against automated abuse.
- Google, Meta and TikTok, where you have consented to analytics/advertising.
- Authorities or advisers, where required by law.
We never sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some providers (such as Google, Meta and TikTok) may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep order and account data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by tax and accounting law (generally six years for transaction records). Consent-based cookie identifiers expire as set out in the Cookie Policy. Security records (such as the hashed IP used for our login and search protection) are short-lived and automatically deleted.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
