Where we deliver

Orders can be accepted only where both the billing address and delivery address are in the United Kingdom.

Seller and fulfilment

The seller on this website is Alexandru Chiritoiu trading as Herba Help Fit, an Independent Herbalife Member (Member ID 07Y1034725). This website is not the official Herbalife website. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by Herbalife (U.K.) Limited and its couriers on behalf of the seller, so the parcel and the dispatch note inside it may show Herbalife (U.K.) Limited as the shipper. Your seller and contract partner for every order placed on this website remains Alexandru Chiritoiu trading as Herba Help Fit.

Orders are supplied as original Herbalife products and are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if an order cannot be accepted, we will contact you and refund any payment already taken for the affected products.

Order confirmation and delivery times

Your order is not complete until the products have been dispatched. After you place an order, you will receive order confirmation details and, where available, dispatch or tracking information.

Standard UK delivery normally takes 2-3 working days after dispatch. Any target delivery date will be less than 30 days from the order date. Delivery can take longer during busy periods, public holidays, courier disruption or events outside our control.

Delivery costs

Standard UK delivery is £5.99. Orders of £75 or more qualify for free UK delivery. The delivery cost for your order is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Delivery, risk and delays

Delivery is completed when the products are physically delivered to you or to another person you nominate to receive them, other than a delivery service used by us. Responsibility for the products passes to you at that point.

If delivery is delayed by circumstances outside our control, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. If the delay means you no longer want the products, you may cancel the order and receive a refund for products paid for but not received.
