We currently deliver within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Standard UK Delivery is £5.99. We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £75.00. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 working days after dispatch for most UK orders.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, severe weather, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or refund, where applicable. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch unless the failed delivery was caused by our error.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the parcel and contents.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident when ordering from this website. This page explains how returns, cancellations and refunds are handled for online orders. Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If you buy from us online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason, provided the items are eligible for return.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. After notifying us, you must send the goods back within 14 days.
To request a return, please email us with your order number, the item or items you wish to return and the reason for return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may be refused.
To be eligible for a return, items should be unused, in a resalable condition, returned with original packaging where reasonably possible, and accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop, but the refund may be reduced if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.
Items that usually cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described include opened or used nutrition products, supplements, shakes or other consumable products, opened personal care items, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, personalised or custom-made items, perishable goods, and gift cards.
Please inspect your order on arrival. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where possible. We will review the issue in line with your consumer rights and, where appropriate, provide a refund, replacement or other suitable remedy.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless we state otherwise.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will not require you to bear the return cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds are made to your original payment method.
For valid cancellations of online orders, we will refund the price of the goods and the cost of the standard outbound delivery you paid, if applicable. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, we refund only the standard delivery cost.
Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or, where applicable, proof that the goods have been returned.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item, where eligible.
