Your right to cancel an online order

If you buy from us online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason, provided the items are eligible for return.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. After notifying us, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

How to request a return

To request a return, please email us with your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may be refused.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and in a resalable condition;
  • returned with original packaging where reasonably possible;
  • accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.

Items that usually cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described

  • opened or used nutrition products, supplements, shakes, or other consumable products;
  • opened personal care items;
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
  • personalised or custom-made items;
  • perishable goods;
  • gift cards.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where possible. We will review the issue in line with your consumer rights and, where appropriate, provide a refund, replacement, or other suitable remedy.

Return shipping costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless we state otherwise.

If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will not require you to bear the return cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds are made to your original payment method.

For valid cancellations of online orders, we will refund the price of the goods and the cost of the standard outbound delivery you paid, if applicable. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, we refund only the standard delivery cost.

Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or, where applicable, proof that the goods have been returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item, where eligible.
