Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy sets out your rights to return items and receive a refund.

Your right to cancel (UK)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel and return most items within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. To start a return, email kingabesonik@gmail.com with your order number.

Condition of returns

Returned items should be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened food, supplement or personal-care products unless they are faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the price of the item (and original standard delivery where applicable) to your original payment method, normally within 14 days.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
