Each serving carries 87.5 mg of caffeine — caffeine helps improve alertness and concentration — at just 6 kcal. Mind your total daily caffeine: EFSA advises staying under 400 mg a day from all sources (200 mg if pregnant or breastfeeding), and under 200 mg in a single dose.

Make it hot in the morning or over ice in the afternoon; it dissolves in seconds either way. Sweetened with stevia-leaf steviol glycosides, with no artificial colours or flavours. Vegan, gluten-free, 30 servings per tub.

Maltodextrin, green tea leaf extracts (Camellia sinensis L., 17.7 %), orange pekoe tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis L., 4.7 %), caffeine powder, flavour enhancer (citric acid), natural flavouring, sweetener (steviol glycosides from stevia), hibiscus flower powder and cardamom seed extract.

Instant Herbal Beverage Lemon

Gently shake the canister prior to each use. Mix ½ teaspoon (1.7 g) with 200 - 240 ml of hot or cold water. Enjoy this product within a balanced and varied diet, as part of a healthy active lifestyle. Drink one or two glasses per day. One serving contains 87.5 mg of caffeine.*

Store with lid closed in a cool, dry place.

For a warming infusion, boil 1 litre of water and infuse it with your favourite berries. Add 2.5 teaspoons of Instant Herbal Beverage with Tea Extracts. Comforting and warm, the perfect drink to enjoy on a cold day.

For a cooling iced tea, infuse 1 litre of water overnight with fresh pomegranate and a few slices of orange. Add ice and 2.5 teaspoons of Instant Herbal Beverage with Tea Extracts. Refreshing and citrus flavoured, perfect for a hot summer day.
