Every cup delivers 87.5 mg of caffeine (caffeine helps improve alertness and concentration) at 6 kcal, with no artificial colours, sweeteners or flavours. Hot in the morning, iced in the afternoon; it dissolves instantly either way.

If a cup a day is already your rhythm, the big tub simply means restocking half as often. Vegan and gluten-free. Mind the daily caffeine ceiling: 400 mg from all sources, 200 mg if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Maltodextrin, green tea leaf extracts (Camellia sinensis L.,17.7 %), orange pekoe tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis L., 4.7 %), caffeine powder, natural flavouring, hibiscus flower powder and cardamom seed extract.

Gently shake the canister prior to each use. Mix ½ teaspoon (1.7 g) with 200 - 240 ml of hot or cold water. Enjoy this product within a balanced and varied diet, as part of a healthy active lifestyle. Drink one or two glasses per day. One serving contains 87.5 mg of caffeine.*

Store with lid closed in a cool, dry place.

For a warming infusion, boil 1 litre of water and infuse it with your favourite berries. Add 2.5 teaspoons of Instant Herbal Beverage with Tea Extracts. Comforting and warm, the perfect drink to enjoy on a cold day.

For a cooling iced tea, infuse 1 litre of water overnight with fresh pomegranate and a few slices of orange. Add ice and 2.5 teaspoons of Instant Herbal Beverage with Tea Extracts. Refreshing and citrus flavoured, perfect for a hot summer day.

*It is recommended not to exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources (200 mg for pregnant or breast-feeding women). A single dose of 200 mg caffeine should not be exceeded. (EFSA Journal 2015;13(5):4102. 2015)
